Remember: The Junior and Open Class/Senior Citizen Fair Books were published in hard paper copies for $1.50 each. It will continue to be available here on the Juneau County Fair website.

Fair Books are available at the UW Extension/4-H Office in Mauston during office hours and the Juneau County Fair Office by calling ahead at (608) 547-2426. MEAT ANIMAL SALE

Meat Animal Sale Purpose 
          To encourage youth group members to enroll in livestock projects & to provide these youth group members with a monetary income that can be used to get started in and / or expand his / her livestock enterprise or be used for further education.

Please note: The times, places, and events may change slightly, so check this site often, listen, and watch out for announcements.

  • Pre-Fair Clean-Up: All exhibitors are requested to come and help prepare the fairgrounds. This help is greatly appreciated.

Mon. - Aug. 19, 2024

  • Post Fair Clean-Up 

Every Junior and Open Class Animal Exhibitors who used the fair buildings for over 24 hours (beef, dairy, exotics, goat, hog, horse, rabbit, poultry, and sheep) is required to come to work for a minimum of 2 hours of supervised clean-up of the buildings and grounds. All other exhibitors are also requested to come and help clean the fairgrounds; this help is greatly appreciated.
