Dear Commercial Vendors,
It is getting to be that time of year again and we are seeking exhibitors for THE 159th JUNEAU COUNTY FAIR, August 13th – 17th.
AGAIN THIS YEAR
- Due to the very poor condition of our Youth Building’s roof, we must move all the Youth Exhibits to the areas that were used by our commercial vendors in both the Youth and Open Class Buildings in the past.
- Commercial vendors again this year will need to rent outside space which is available at $100.00 per 10’ X 10’ lot with a minimum of 1 lot for $100.00.
- You must bring your own tent, table(s) & chair(s)
- You must be set-up no later than noon on Wednesday and remain set-up until Sunday at 4:00 p.m., but are encouraged to remain open until the Sunday Grandstand Show is concluded.
ALSO NOTE: ALL items must show good taste and be family appropriate. Nude, erotic, graphic and / or violent images will NOT be allowed. We ask that no one sell or give as prizes any lighter (such as cigarette type), popping, shooting, or exploding devices; we appreciate your cooperation by not featuring items that promote violence, disrespect of others or would scare our exhibit animals.
- NO Collection of Names is ALLOWED
- Such as, but not limited to, the signing of petitions
For those interested, a limited number of camping sites are available on the grounds, but there are NO electrical or water hookups available and there are no showers on the grounds. Camp sites are assigned on a first come first serve basis. Campers must refrain from loud or excessive noise after fair hours and are not allowed to have open intoxicants outside of their designated campsite. We also have zero tolerance for the use or selling of illegal drugs. If you would like more information on camping on the grounds – Call the Fair Office at 608-547-2426
When filling out these forms, please list all items you are vending to help us with placement, and also to keep our exhibits diversified. Please have checks made out to the Juneau County Agricultural Society and mailed along with your fully completed and signed reservation form to me – Vicki McGowan / Fair Secretary – before July 1st
Note – we no longer have a Post Office Box
– mail must be sent directly to the fairgrounds
— Juneau Co. Fair, 1001A Division St., Mauston, WI 53948 —
We are looking forward to hearing from you and for your help in making our Juneau County Fair a happy memory for all that attend.
