Dear Commercial Exhibitors,

It is getting to be that time of year again and we are seeking exhibitors for
                    THE 153rd JUNEAU COUNTY FAIR, August 12th – 19TH.


We have booths available in two buildings for educational and advertising displays.  ALL booths within the buildings are $100.00 each. Due to limited space in our buildings, priority is given to previous exhibitors.  However, after June 15th, they are on a first come - first served basis.

There is also outside space available at $100.00 per 10’ X 10’ lot with a minimum of 1 lot for $100.00.


We are also now accepting applications for food vendors and we would like to provide our fair patrons with a variety of food experiences. Our local FFA and 4-H clubs do have permanent food-stands on the fairgrounds. We do not grant exclusive sales of any food item, other than to our carnival; and we try to see that each food-stand features at least one or two items that are different from the other food-stands.


Our price for food-stand sites is $25.00 per frontage foot and as close to 20 feet in depth, as we are able to give. All extra vehicles, trailers, support systems, etc., must be parked within the fair parking lot and there is no extra charge for parking within this parking lot.

        
Due to the growing incidence of exhibitors installing exhibits late or dismantling exhibits early a refundable $50.00 deposit has now been instated; please note the specific times as stated on the back of this sheet.

Advertising booths are to be manned at least 6 hours per day, literature / information is to be available at all times. Educational booths must have literature / information available at all times.

PLEASE NOTE:  We ask that no one sell or give as prizes any lighter (such as cigarette type), popping, shooting, or exploding devices.  Also, since we are promoting clean family entertainment, we appreciate your cooperation by not featuring items that promote violence, disrespect of others or would scare our animals.


For those interested, a limited number of camping sites are available on the grounds, but there are NO electrical or water hook-ups available and there are no showers on the grounds. Camp site are assigned on a first come first serve bases. Campers must refrain from loud or excessive noise after fair hours and are not allowed to have open intoxicants outside of their designated campsite.  We also have zero tolerance for the use or selling of illegal drugs. When filling out these forms, please list all items you are vending to help us with placement, and also to keep our exhibits diversified.  Please have checks made out to the Juneau County Agricultural Society and mailed along with your fully completed and signed reservation form to me – Vicki McGowan / Fair Secretary - before July 1st.
